  • Assess and diagnose the needs of each geography, identifying an HR Reporting & Analytics action plan in order to make available quality data and aligned information between all geographies;
  • Develop and define strategic global reports and relevant performance indicators for all key stakeholders (HR and Operational Teams) according to their medium / long term needs;
  • Follow-up market best practices regarding Reports and Data Analytics, in order to bring this knowledge;
  • Promote an anticipation and prediction approach regarding future trends and improvements within this expertise area;
  • Develop an information management model, regarding HR key indicators, ensuring its optimization and efficiency, supplying the best quality data in due time, supporting business decisions and analysis;
  • Strong interaction with other functional areas, mainly HR teams, in order to review, define, develop and monitor an information structure (reports, processes, indicators) in order to supply business needs;
  • Responsible for managing the projects of its scope of action, ensuring the preparation of reports, time management and responsibilities delegation;
  • Participate in other functional projects, relevant to achieve business goals, as an expert in data analytics and reporting matters;
  • Design and ensure coaching/training sessions on the HR Information Reports and Key Indicators.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor/Master in Management, Mathematics, Engineering or similar;
  • Six years of work experience in similar functions;
  • Consulting experience and in a multinational environment will be valued;
  • Knowledge in VBA and Business Intelligence (BO, etc.) and Predictive Analytics applications (SPSS, etc.)
    are valued;
  • Experience in HR analytics and forecasting;
  • Retail industry experience is preferred;
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills;
  • Knowledge in SAP HR and Database basics are preferred;
  • Knowledge in processes management, statistics, Data Mining (critical factor) and human resources (preferential factor);
  • Great MS Office knowledge in user's perspective
