  • Coordinate the Annual Training Plan, from needs assessment to impact evaluation.
  • Develop and implement leadership programs and development pathways.
  • Manage performance evaluation cycles and support leaders in team follow‑up.
  • Promote organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Monitor and report learning, performance, and talent KPIs.
  • Support the design of career and succession plans, as well as competency mapping.
  • Promote initiatives related to tech culture, engagement, onboarding, and employee experience.
  • Support talent review processes, succession planning, and identification of high‑potential talent.
  • Measure and report KPIs (training NPS, skills evolution, program ROI, among others).

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or similar areas.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Development, Training, or Talent Management roles.
  • Experience with learning methodologies and digital platforms (LMS) is valued.
  • Experience and interest in coordinating and implementing HR development areas, with particular focus on performance evaluation, careers, training, organizational climate, and employee experience.
  • Experience in team coordination and HR operations is valued.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection of middle‑management profiles.
  • Experience in human resources management within the information technology sector.
  • Experience in occupational risk prevention is valued.
  • Experience in reporting and HR Analytics.
  • Strong results orientation, organization, and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical capability, and collaborative approach.
  • Fluency in English and/or Spanish.
