Head of Engineering and Maintenance

Manage and lead engineering team to achieve manufacturing excellence;

Lead our Technical Team to deliver preventive maintenance and regular/emergency repairing services at plants;

Plan, develop and implement engineering projects including mission, competitive landscape, road map, equipment, technology/industry advancements to achieve the business growth plan;

Work with cross-functional teams on study, analysis on automation and, in return, improve efficiency and quality in production;

Supervise and manage the coaching and training of Engineers and Service Technicians;

Ensure that the team comply with company policies and procedures, regulations, standards and industry codes, and that audits are undertaken to check compliance.
