Michael Page is recruiting a Head of Corporate IT to an industry leader with a global presence, to assume the governance and strategic execution of its Industry 4.0 plan. This role is based in Porto region and requires expertise on IT Governance, Cibersecurity best practices, Industrial MES and SAP ERP.

Descrição

  • Implement a global IT strategic governance;
  • Coordinate and standardise local IT departments on the different sites;
  • Manage infrastructure at a macro level with guidelines followed across various locations;
  • Define, control, and optimise the global IT budget;
  • Manage the company's SAP, MES and cloud solutions;
  • Plan and prepare the implementation of IT infrastructure in new manufacturing units (human, physical, and application resources);
  • Plan and prepare the application evolution of the company's systems and processes;
  • Ensure a seamless integration with AI Technology;
  • Develop a global Disaster Recovery Plan;
  • Ensure that the Group follows best practices in cybersecurity and complies with GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001.
  • Availability for international travel for periods of two weeks or more.

Perfil ideal

A successful Head of Corporate IT should have:

  • More than a 10 year's experience in IT, with at least 5 in leadership roles in similar positions;
  • Higher education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar; MBA is a plus;
  • ITIL/COBIT training;
  • Knowledge of IT management in industrial sectors is highly valued;
  • Functional knowledge of SAP (R3, S/4Hana) in finance, logistics, and production is highly valued, as this is the Group's ERP;
  • Strategic vision combined with practical execution capabilities;
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset;
  • Openness to analysing and implementing AI solutions;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory), as also preferred fluency in Spanish, Italian, and/or French.
