  • Ensures a timely, organised and high‑quality month‑end close, delivering reliable financial reporting across all entities.
  • Produces robust financial information.
  • Develops financial models to support integrations, profitability assessments, growth scenarios and strategic decision‑making.
  • Drives the evolution of the finance function towards a data‑driven and automated environment, ensuring system integration and reducing manual processes.
  • Uses SQL or Python for data extraction, processing and validation, contributing actively to technology transformation initiatives.
  • Leads the financial integration of acquired entities, harmonising reporting standards, defining synergies, preparing consolidated reporting and supporting due‑diligence processes.



Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Economics, Management or Finance or similar areas.
  • 5-10 years of experience, ideally with a Big4 background (Audit, Transaction Services or Advisory).
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, controlling, analytical accounting and financial accounting.
  • Experience working in organisations undergoing transformation or with multiple legal entities.
  • Hands‑on experience in financial and technological transformation projects.
  • Strong capability in structuring processes and implementing best‑practice financial governance.
  • Advanced financial modelling (Excel) and experience with Primavera and BI tools.
  • High autonomy, ownership mindset and disciplined execution.
  • Ability to operate with strategic guidance and assume broader leadership responsibilities.
