  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives for the region;
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals;
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture;
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention;
  • Drive organizational change and development initiatives to improve business performance and employee experience;
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent;
  • Develop and manage the HR budget for the region;
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans;
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and employment laws and regulations;
  • Mitigate HR-related risks;
  • Monitor and report on DE&I metrics and progress;
  • Leverage HR technology to improve HR processes and decision-making;
  • Use HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and HR strategies;
  • Develop and manage the HR budget for the region;
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective use of resources;
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiations for HR services and solutions;
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team;
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development activities.

Perfil ideal

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior HR leadership role;
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution at the executive level;
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and manage cross-functional relationships;
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus;

  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite;

Work Environment:

  • This position requires international exposure and and deep experience in managing international teams (HR Leaders);
  • This position is based in an office environment but may require occasional travel.
