Our client a well known & growing business based in Lisbon is looking for someone to join their Customer Service team.
Receive phone & written customer requests and complaints, review and answer them;
Provide high quality phone feedback to clients;
Ensure that any customer enquiries are managed efficiently;
Ensure that all incoming communication is routed or re-routed efficiently.
German Language (C1 level) Mandatory;
English (at least a B1 level;
Flexible work in shifts (including weekends and evenings shifts - until 9 pm);
Optional: Italian / French / Spanish (C1 level);
Good communicative competencies, commitment and solutions oriented;
Professional and friendly appearance, like working independent and customer oriented;
Experienced in customer services, ideally have worked in a customer interaction center.
