Our client is a multinational company company with their shared service center in expansion.
- Perform monthly closing of accounts payable and receivable areas;
- Prepare hournal and load in oracle;
- Checking for completeness of the posting;
- Analyse the accounts movements and propose period end adjustment entries;
- Reconciliation of accounts on monthly basis;
- Upload accounting figures into HFM consolidation tool;
- Owner to open and close the period in Oracle;
- Generate additional requested reports;
- Prepare reports for management;
- Support the country local finance with audit reports required;
- Support the other team members with financial transitions into centre;
- Assist in ad hoc reports and projects as required by Head of Regional Finance Shared Service Centre or European Project Managers.
- Degree or Master Degree in Business Adminitration, Economics or Accounting;
- +2 years of working experience in similar areas of business (preferably in a shared service);
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Focus on detalis;
- Domain of Ms office tools, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP;
- Fluent in English (writen and spoken).
