Our client is a multinational company with their Shared Service Center in expansion.
- Support the implementation of the strategy for the department;
- Accompany and ensure that the business plan is implemented in its operational area;
- Monitor activity tracking KPIs and what is needed to improve these;
- Identify and implement improvement processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and cost
- Ensure that the central directives, policies and procedures are followed with by its team;
- Evaluate and develop the skills and knowledge of the employees' team and ensure the follow-up of their work;
- Support the operational team on issues of greater technicality and complexity.
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Good teamwork skills;
- Customer oriented;
- Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting;
- +2 years experience in similar areas of business (preferably in a Shared Service);
- Domain of MS Office tools, SAP or other ERP;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
