We are looking for a French‑speaking Payroll Specialist to join an international payroll team supporting multiple countries across the EMEA and Asia‑Pacific regions. This is a maternity leave cover, offering a hybrid work model while collaborating with a global, multicultural team.

Descrição

  • Process payroll transactions accurately and on schedule across multiple countries.
  • Reconcile and validate payroll reports to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Manage taxation of employer‑paid benefits, including third‑party payments and related reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external payroll vendors; support system improvements and process optimisation.
  • Conduct compliance checks, audits, and support month‑end/year‑end closing activities.
  • Prepare and deliver complex HR and financial reports, including ad hoc analyses.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries promptly while ensuring adherence to SOPs and internal policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and act as a key point of contact for auditors.

Perfil ideal

  • Up to 3 years of multi‑country payroll experience, ideally within shared services or a CoE environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll best practices, compliance and confidentiality requirements.
  • Fluent in French and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); familiarity with Workday is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
