Descrição

  • Act as a strategic finance partner across the Group, overseeing financial reporting, consolidation, and process optimization;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and international accounting standards (IFRS);
  • Provide actionable financial guidance to top management, including CFOs and CEOs of business units;
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data quality;
  • Lead integration of new businesses into the Group's financial framework;
  • Coordinate cash repatriation and financial alignment across business units;
  • Address complex technical matters, including accounting, valuations, impairments, tax planning, and system implementations;
  • Translate strategic priorities into practical guidance for stakeholders;
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial audiences;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, tax, treasury) and external auditors to ensure compliance and robust internal controls.

Perfil ideal

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • 6-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international environment;
  • Background in auditing is desirable;
  • Expert knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards, with strong understanding of tax and legal interconnections;
  • Proficient in financial reporting tools and systems (e.g., OneStream, HFM, Azure, PowerBI, Office 365);
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey complex financial matters to non-financial stakeholders;
  • Experience in process optimization, financial consolidation, and integration of new businesses;
  • Self-leader with strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and commitment to continuous improvement;
  • Fluent in English.
