Descrição
- Responsible for all the financial, accounting and treasury areas, managing a team of 7 people
- Provide monthly reporting to the local management team, and to the Iberian CFO
- Manage the internal and external reporting processes
- Elaborate the budget and forecasts according to the deviations identified
- Work closely to the operations teams, ensuring that the improved procedures are understood and implemented
- Overview the accounting, treasury, monthly closing, credit management and controlling activities
Perfil ideal
- Higher Degree in Management, Finance or similar area
- Previous 5 years experience as a finance manager, managing the financial team
- Good understanding of the entire financial department, including accounting, treasury and controlling
- Great reporting skills, presenting results to the group
- Hands on approach, with the ability to work closely to business teams
- Critical mindset, with a continuous improvement attitude
- Great leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate the financial team
- Fluent English - mandatory
