Descrição

  1. Financial Management:
  • Supervise and lead all financial activities of the company, including accounting, treasury, financial planning, and analysis;
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and appropriate accounting practices;
  • Monitor the company's financial performance and provide regular reports to the board of directors.
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop long-term and short-term financial plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives;
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify opportunities for performance improvement and operational efficiency ;
  • Evaluate and manage the company's financial risks by implementing strategies to mitigate these risk;
  1. Capital and Investment Management:
  • Manage the company's cash flow and optimize capital allocation to maximize return on investment;
  • Develop and control budgets;
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial analysis to support investment decisions.
  1. Stakeholder Relationships:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders;
  • Represent the company on financial matters in meetings with banks, analysts, and regulators.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
  • +10 years experience in the same role;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken in Portuguese and English;
  • Deep knowledge of portuguese financial and accounting laws and rules;
  • Experience in the Hospitality Industry, F&B, Catering, entertainment or related fields of business is a plus;
