- A leading Industrial company is seeking a seasoned Country Plant Controller.
Descrição
- Oversee FP&A, Accounting and Controlling functions at the Site.
- Collaborate with central services to prepare accounting closures.
- Provide necessary information for both internal and external audits.
- Ensure the accuracy of Company industrial costing processes.
- Handle budgeting and monthly financial reporting.
- Manage operational finance and cost control activities.
- Develop and report strategic plans, along with weekly, monthly, annual forecasts.
- Monitor, analyze, and report deviations from the strategic plan.
- Lead and coordinate the team.
Perfil ideal
- More than 12 years of experience in a similar role within the Industry or a comparable field, with mandatory experience in an industrial setting.
- Proven team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial costing and business acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Must be a registered Portuguese Chartered Accountant.
- Strong hands-on approach, integrity, and flexibility.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and challenges effectively.
- Language skills: Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
