Descrição

  • Manage large-scale, complex projects in the Finance IT domain, ensuring successful delivery of all project outcomes.
  • Drive business and functional analysis and ensure solid alignment between Finance and IT, by collaborating closely with business process owners, IT architects of the relevant systems, as well as with Enterprise architects.
  • Develop project plans and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Manage solution design and initiatives, structuring requirements and SOP's development.
  • Infuse best practices across IT teams for better business engagement and supporting the roadmap definition.
  • Be the voice of the teams and key users during the design and delivery of system configurations.
  • Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business partners, and vendors.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as Finance application specialist, Business Analyst, Product Owner. Experience in program management, change management, and ERP implementation - previous ERP experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with product management Agile methodologies is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish. English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects, including budget and resource management.
  • Ability to drive a topic from an end-to-end perspective, while bringing people along for the ride to achieve a common goal.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders, IT architects and developers.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
