Descrição

  • Commercial management: submission of proposals, negotiation and conclusion of deals;
  • Account management: identification of needs, support and customer loyalty;
  • Creation of strategies to clarify doubts and solve customer problems;
  • Manage customer expectations at various levels and participate in meetings directly with them;
  • Monitor customer results to ensure high quality service, proactively managing customer expectations and proposing improvements;
  • Understand the client's business objectives, anticipate their needs and present appropriate solutions;
  • Participation in fairs and events.

Perfil ideal

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the commercial field;
  • Strong commercial ability;
  • Team player - ability to work in a team but able to work independently;
  • Sales orientated;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills both in Portuguese and English.
