Descrição
- Develop a full understanding and knowledge of the Automotive, Decorative and Composite markets in the defined territory;
- Manage and develop client relationships across all business areas;
- Create a strategic plan in line with the Group's expectation;
- Effective implementation and execution of the strategic sales plan;
- Create sales budgets and provide meaningful reports and analysis;
- Provide proactive sales, marketing and technical support to ensure full support to the development of sustainable and profitable growth for both the Company and the client;
- Development of new markets in line with Group's strategy.
Perfil ideal
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent (Business, Engineering, Marketing);
- Experience in Industrial environment preferred;
- Export sales experience preferred;
- Language skills (English to business standard is a requirement, French to spoken level);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work alone and within a team;
- Well organised and able to work to deadlines, plans and targets;
- Pro-active and self-motivated.
