Reporting to the Region Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Search and capture of new real estate assets for tourist/hospitality use;
- Managing, planning and monitoring the products acquisition operations;
- Carrying out the initial economic and financial viability analysis for the assets of interest.
Perfil ideal
The candidate we are looking for must have:
- Real estate background (mandatory);
- Deep knowledge of the tourism/hospitality sector;
- Highly oriented sales profile;
- High level of English (written and spoken);
- High availability to travel;
- Knowing another language is a plus.
