Reporting business performance trends and improvement plans to the Directorship;

Training, coaching, and educating teams across all MBUs.Development, review, and control of high‑level engineering and business documentation;

Applying risk‑based thinking in project and process management;

Harmonising processes and driving cross‑departmental improvement initiatives;

Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards;

Creating and maintaining robust preventative maintenance and safe systems of work;

Driving cost reduction through continuous improvement activities;

Problem‑solving frameworks, including CAPA and root‑cause analysis;

Maintaining and developing 5S and Lean Manufacturing operating systems.
