Our client is a spanish company, new to the portuguese market, who wishes to increase its size in the Lisbon area. With an investment already made and much more planned, they intend to add a valuable person who can help them in developing construction sites (mostly residential) and increasing their presence (this person possibly being one of the future heads of prodution as more people are integrated).
Descrição
- Construction site management;- Planning and cost control;- Contact and budgeting with suppliers and subcontractors;- Technical control and quality assurance of work done;- Assure safety conditions on site;- Understand and change (if necessary) construction project;
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Arquitecture or Civil Engineer;- Minimum experience of 5 years (with experience on site);
- Fluent in Spanish (spomen and written);- Ability to lead teams;- Quality and client oriented;- Responsible and autonomous.
