Descrição
As part of the R&D team, you will design and develop complex PEM electrolyzer electrical systems and applications, including subsystems for efficient coupling to photovoltaic energy sources and energy grid integration of Green Hydrogen generators.
- Prepare workpackages and tasks according to defined objectives of the technology/product roadmap
- Develop equivalent circuit models, analyse and identify performance or cost bottlenecks
- Design electrical systems for efficient supply of electrical power to PEM electrolyzer products, from off-grid photovoltaic sources, other renewables, grid/hybrid systems
- Develop test methods for component and sub-systems, analyse test data and prepare technical reports
- Support the sourcing of components and submodules, and select outsourcing suppliers for custom components.
- Write specifications and procedures for new products manufacturing
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical, eletronics or applied sciences
- Experience in product design for manufacturing
- Minimum 4 years in an industrial environment, developing and testing DC low voltage systems, DC/DC systems, power conversion/rectifiers/charging, fuel cell systems, photovoltaic systems
- Avid user of engineering software (such as: matlab, maple, pspice, labview, python, R, etc)
- Proficient user of electronic test and measurement instrumentation
