Descrição
- Understanding colleague needs and providing the best suite of devices, systems and services to support their day-to-day activities
- Collaborate with other product teams to build the best product and service to drive adoption and improve colleague experience
- Design, implement and evolve a strategy that meets the needs of a global organisation
- Accountability for Collaboration: licensing; builds, configuration, security standards and ongoing management; lifecyle management from procurement to decommission; security - including authentication, identities, access and compliance
- For long-term success you will benchmark current estate and as part of the agile team, implement a strategy that will continuously develop and improve colleague experience
- Monitor the market for new technology and best practise
- Promote innovation and provide solutions that offer the best value for money. Solving non-routine, complex problems that requires integration of knowledge, with industry standards and functional priority
- Identify solution design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
- Drive activity through our engineering and third party providers to achieve the strategy this role devised for their products

- Experience of other Saas collaboration tools that help teams connect where they are not co-located
- Experience of Agile Working and ITIL
- Experience of producing solution designs and documentation suitable for operational hand over
