- Work in close cooperation with the Local partners to understand Customers' needs and develop Supply Chain solutions;
- Analysis of KPI's to understand services and efficiency trends and detects opportunities for improvement with customers.
- Guaranteeing the optimal balance between service and cost for his Customers and the compliance to Logistics Trade Terms by optimizing Cost-2-Serve per Customer;
- Being in charge of the interface with Customer Supply Chain teams, by managing customer relations and leading joint initiatives for his specific Customers;
- Guaranteeing internal alignment with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams for his specific Customers;
- Preparing and preform the long term logistics operational strategy for their customers in line with CS&L and Sales Strategy.
- Degree in Logistics, Economics, Business or Engineering;
- More than 3 years of experience in Supply Chain area in a multinational environment;
- SAP knowledge;
- Fluent English, spoken and written;
- Analytical capacity and attention to detail;
- Capacity of prioritization and autonomy.
