Customer Care

  • Respond to inquiries regarding purchases, orders, shipping, and warranties with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide clear, step-by-step assistance tailored to each customer's situation.



Customer Engagement

  • Deliver exceptional service through live chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolve issues, answer questions, and share product insights with a customer-centric approach.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly, both in writing and verbally.



Problem Prevention & Resolution

  • Proactively identify potential issues and take action to prevent customer impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to spot recurring problems and support process improvements.



Product Expertise

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide effective support.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal and external knowledge base content.



Quality & Growth

  • Follow established service standards to ensure consistent quality.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and enhance skills.

Perfil ideal

  • Previous experience in a contact center or BPO environment.
  • Background or strong interest in technology and technical support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+).
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and think critically.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing, high-energy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
