The company is seeking to reinforce its team with a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who brings a strong customer focus and experience in order management:

• Oversee the entire order process, ensuring smooth progression from order intake to final delivery and installation.
• Review and validate orders, implement changes when required, and maintain effective communication with customers and distribution partners.
• Act as a central point of coordination between logistics, production, project management, and quality teams to guarantee efficient operations.
• Track timelines, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively update stakeholders on delivery status.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for shipments and on‑site implementation activities.
• Provide operational support to commercial teams in project execution, proposals, and client requests.
• Maintain a well‑managed backlog, ensuring pending items are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
• Contribute to regular team meetings, sharing updates and performance insights with management.
