Answer customer inquiries by email and / or telephone;
Represent our client's service standards with the goal of long-term customer loyalty.
Passionate about customer service and enjoy contact with people;
Strong communication skills;
Language skills: German (Native or Proficient) and English (Independent user):
Fluency in Italian; French and Dutch will be valued;
Quickly understanding of common information technologies;
Precise, independent and have a committed work mindset;
Ideally be educated to degree level and/or have relevant work experience.
