Descrição

  • Drive and execute the company's commercial and operational strategy in Portugal, ensuring full alignment with the annual business plan.
  • Identify and capitalise on market opportunities, developing initiatives to strengthen local growth and brand positioning.
  • Oversee financial, administrative, and operational functions, ensuring compliance with Portuguese regulations and close coordination with the Finance Department at headquarters.
  • Lead the Technical Assistance Service, promoting efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the local team, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Track business performance through key KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and maintain consistent communication with global leadership.
  • Act as the company's legal representative in Portugal, guaranteeing full regulatory and corporate compliance.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification or an MBA in Management or Leadership will be considered a strong asset.
  • Minimum of 5 year's experience in management and business development, preferably within the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • At least 2 years in a team leadership role, demonstrating a proven ability to achieve business objectives, drive growth, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in Spanish and/or English. Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
  • Strong strategic and global mindset, capable of aligning local initiatives with broader corporate goals.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, ensuring sound decision-making and operational excellence.
  • High level of adaptability, thriving in dynamic, complex, and multicultural environments.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Portugal, with occasional visits to the company's headquarters in Spain. Must hold a valid driver's license.
