A postgraduate qualification or an MBA in Management or Leadership will be considered a strong asset.Minimum of 5 year's experience in management and business development, preferably within the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.At least 2 years in a team leadership role, demonstrating a proven ability to achieve business objectives, drive growth, and develop high-performing teams.Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in Spanish and/or English. Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.Strong strategic and global mindset, capable of aligning local initiatives with broader corporate goals.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, ensuring sound decision-making and operational excellence.High level of adaptability, thriving in dynamic, complex, and multicultural environments.Willingness to travel regularly across Portugal, with occasional visits to the company's headquarters in Spain.
