Descrição

  • Plan and drive the achievement of short-, medium-, and long-term objectives for each service within the country;
  • Supervise portfolio analysis and ensure that production processes meet client expectations, while aligning resources, skills, and P&L requirements;
  • Prepare and negotiate profitable budgets and forecasts that align with the company's policies and procedures;
  • Organize the country's operational structure, allocating responsibilities and ensuring coordination with HR and other key areas;
  • Monitor and measure revenue contributions for all team members, ensuring overall performance aligns with or exceeds company targets;
  • Ensure timely reporting on KPIs, cost analysis, productivity, and quality, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Drive client relationships by negotiating agreements that lead to increased revenue and higher margins, ensuring profitability is calculated accurately;
  • Lead teams effectively, ensuring clear communication of objectives and fostering employee development through a leadership style aligned with company culture;

Perfil ideal

  • Master degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent higher qualification;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Contact Centre management positions;
  • Knowledge of the Client Organization's products is a plus;
  • Specific training and/or work experience in Contact Centre management, commercial strategies, and sales techniques is mandatory;
  • Fluency in English.
