Descrição

Strategy & Policy

  • Define, develop and implement the Country HR strategy, fully aligned with Group HR policies and objectives.
  • Anticipate complex people-related challenges and opportunities, ensuring HR actively supports business growth.
  • Translate Group HR frameworks into local policies and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of Group HR strategy, tools and governance.



Human Resources Leadership

  • Lead and develop country-level HR frameworks and best practices.
  • Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, career paths and learning & development.
  • Oversee recruitment and employer branding strategies across all functions, exploring innovative talent pipelines (e.g. students, apprenticeships).
  • Manage social and labour relations, health & safety and social responsibility initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage HR KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Act as functional lead for payroll services via dotted-line management.



Operational & Business Support

  • Initiate and manage HR projects and organisational change initiatives at country level.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to senior management, providing strategic and tactical advice on people matters.
  • Ensure effective execution of all personnel administration processes.
  • Develop and implement local absence and well-being policies to maintain low absenteeism rates.



People Management

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of HR specialists and team leaders.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging accountability, collaboration and continuous development.
  • Ensure optimal workforce planning, talent retention and team engagement within the HR function.

Perfil ideal

Experience & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
  • Extensive HR experience, including a significant track record in HR operations and labour management roles.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Deep expertise across core HR domains and current HR trends, both locally and internationally.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
