This team plays a pivotal role in shaping the Group's future, being directly involved with the Board of Directors and Executive Committee on critical topics such as growth strategy, M&A, and investment decisions.

Descrição

  • Support the definition and execution of the Group's strategic plan;
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, including M&A and investment projects;
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation levers;
  • Prepare strategic and financial materials for the Executive Committee and Board;
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment with corporate priorities.

Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Management, Economics, or Engineering (Master's or MBA preferred);
  • 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting (1st tier) or corporate finance/private equity;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
