As part of the Business Process Improvement team , the Lean/Continuous Improvement Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Disseminating the Lean culture inside the Finance Shared Service organisation
- Provide training (Lean basics) to staff
- Support staff in identifying opportunities and running Continuous Improvement projects
- Manage/run centrally more complex projects
Perfil ideal
- Project Manager experience
- Lean / & Sigma experience
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Project Management Certification is a plus
- Experience in delivering continuous improvements in Finance (ideally shared services environment)
