Descrição

  • Oversee the administration of employees' compensation, including salaries, bonuses, flex allowances, and other benefits, while ensuring accurate preparation and timely communication with the payroll provider.
  • Verify payroll provider documents for accuracy and manage payroll payments efficiently.
  • Handle monthly payroll closing and posting in SAP.
  • Monitor and control the salaries and benefits budget, ensuring monthly alignment between actual expenses and the approved budget (APSP-based).
  • Analyze market trends in compensation and benefits, using survey data to propose actions that maintain a competitive position and attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee movements (management or local transfers) in accordance with corporate policies and Portuguese legislation.
  • Ensure all legal documentation is completed for employee relocations and repatriations.
  • Liaise with the GBS team on employee data updates, queries, and ad-hoc reporting needs.
  • Maintain accurate data across all rewards systems and ensure policies and procedures are consistent across markets.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish and Portuguese legislation in all rewards processes, preventing potential labor issues or conflicts.



Perfil ideal

  • University Degree or equivalent education, preferably with a background in Human Resources.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the Rewards area and Personnel Administration within a multinational company.
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Experience in Finance is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP HR or SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Native Portuguese speaker, with advanced knowledge of Spanish and English.
