We are working with a company focused on the Real Estate and Hospitality investment area, who is developing its local team, by hiring a CFO.
Descrição
As the CFO, you will be responsible for managing all the financial aspects of the company, managing a team of 3 people.
You will work closely to the COO and founders, in order to define and implement the company's strategy, by also developing the financial department and its procedures.
You will take on a strategical role, but also being able to adopt a hands on and more operational approach whenever it is necessary.
Perfil ideal
We are looking for someone with a Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or similar areas, with previous experiences as a Finance Manager, coordinating the financial team.
You must have strong leadership and management skills.
As the Head of Finance, you must have a great understanding of the entire financial procedures, being able to go both into a more strategical role, but also a more hands on approach whenever it is needed.
The fluency in English is mandatory. SAP knowledge is relevant for the role.
Background experiences in hospitality or real estate companies will be valued.
