Descrição
Sales Growth and Development:
Drive entry-level and mid-range sales through existing partners and identify opportunities to expand the partner network as needed;
Promote and enhance direct sales for medium to high-level product ranges in collaboration with the existing commercial team;
Actively participate in the development and execution of the commercial strategy, including setting sales targets, planning marketing activities, and establishing pricing strategies;
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth;
Actively engage in field sales activities, meeting with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our print solutions;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions;
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sales growth through direct engagement with prospects and customers.
Perfil ideal
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through direct field sales activities and channel management, with a strong commercial orientation;
Over 3 years of experience in the Print Solutions market or a similar field, with a proven track record in a comparable role;
Higher education in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level in English (both written and spoken);
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, with a focus on achieving long-term business objectives.
