Descrição

  • Responsible for communicating, developing and enforcing business process modelling standards and consistency around process model changes within the SSC and the wider organisation
  • Participate in all life-cycle stages of Business Process Management (BPM) projects
  • Mentor, train and support the SSC and wider community in their use of SmartModeler BPMS with a view to expanding it's adoption to other business functions and areas outside of the current scope over time
  • Exercise judgement and authority in decision making, determining approach, methods and standards to use on future SSC transition phases/waves/assignments
  • Work independently on complex projects with latitude for independent judgement
  • Manage the development of document and implement process standards, guidelines, direction and education on BPM for all associated colleagues
  • Work closely with Controls teams to define and ensure compliance with controls included within process models to ensure managers and staff always have access to current and compliant documents and guidance
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis, developing and enhancing existing reports and models to inform/enhance business making decisions and process improvements
  • Support the intelligent automation and process teams to identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities by providing process expertise
  • Management with technology teams of user access, licences and permissions for AAD Azure and SmartModeler
  • Championing the group's and the SSC's function's core values through the consistent utilization of policy and processes applying stop, think and consult as needed
  • Maintain close relationships with customer/stakeholder groups to ensure responsiveness to their needs and escalation to resolution of internal performance problems

Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Finance, Technology, or relevant business-related experience
  • 5+ years' work experience in a similar role in a multi-national organisation
  • Experience of using a BPM application (Business Optix, Aris, BlueWorks or equivalent preferred)
  • Six Sigma qualification and/or lean process engineering experience
  • Fluent English speaker
  • A proven ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with multiple process modelling and analytical techniques (BPMN2.0, IDEF0, EPC)
  • Exposure to other BPMS tools such as ARIS, BlueWorks, Signavio
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, Report and data table creation
  • Work with stakeholders (GPO's, Tower Leads, Process Analysts, Process Modellers) to ensure Governance and consistency of use of the BPM toolset
  • Excellent intercultural and diversity awareness, with experience in working in international environment (Asia, Europe and US)
  • An ability to organise own work and to take initiative
  • Excellent ability to drive Innovation among business partners, management, colleagues and peers
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal and influencing skills
  • A flexible approach and open to change
  • Ability to be proactive within a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones
  • Knowledge of key business process technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems desirable
