As a Business Developer this candidate will play an essential role in driving the company growth. Developing a wide range of strategic and operational tasks to enhance the market position and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop and drive the strategic growth and expansion;
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients;
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, emerging trends and potential markets;
- Understanding of customer preferences and differences across cultures;
- Oversee end-to-end execution of expansion projects;
- Financial Projections, costs optimization and risk assessment;
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Cross-functional communication to ensure the effectiveness of the strategies;
- Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings to communicate progress and results.
Perfil ideal
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar. MBA is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role
Strong business awareness and understating of business models
Knowhow in Real Estate markets
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong negotiations and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing priorities.
