Main Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and monitoring of sales volumes, market trends and competition;
  • Development and execution of promotional initiatives, in order to increase consumption in a profitable way and according to budget;
  • Identification and development of business-building ideas in cooperation with other departments to carry out the plans;
  • Coordination of product management and / or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production plan, sales promotion, sales, market research, advertising agencies);
  • Contribute for renovation / innovation pipeline to fuel the brand growth;
  • Ensure that the level of competitiveness of the brand in the market is high;
  • Crack consumer and HCP insights to build differentiated product concepts and activation plans.

Perfil ideal

Ideal Profile:

  • Degree in Marketing, Management or Pharmaceutical Sciences;
  • 3 - 4 years of experience as Brand Manager in Pharma;
  • Proven experience in communication with the consumer and the medical community;
  • Strong technical skills in the Marketing area;
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Analytical thinking ability;
  • Business and customer orientation;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
