Our client is a FMCG company who wishes to hire a Brand Manager.

Descrição

  • Contribute to developing brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the global brand strategy defined by Brand Owners.
  • Collaborate with Brand Owners to set, monitor, and review annual plans, targets, and budgets, taking ownership of the brand's P&L.
  • Develop, coordinate, implement, monitor, and evaluate brand marketing plans and activities to achieve BOs targets and build brand equity, with the support of relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Customer Marketing and Key Account Managers (KAMs) Off & On Trade to ensure the implementation of activities meets overall brand plans and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders, Global Brand Directors, and other Brand Owners to optimize activity delivery and facilitate timely, relevant communication.
  • Stay vigilant about market changes, issues, and opportunities. Recommend and implement changes to optimize returns and proactively seek opportunities for business growth.



Perfil ideal

  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical profile.
  • Creative thinker, suggesting viable new ideas, concepts, and approaches.
  • Cultural awareness with the ability to adapt communication style as required.
  • Experience in the drinks, FMCG, or prestige industry.
  • Degree level or equivalent in Marketing, with a professional marketing qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in brand leadership, including responsibility for creating brand strategy and full market mix development and activation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrable experience in full P&L analysis and comfort with key financial metrics.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive approach, consistently reliable in delivery.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience in digital marketing.
