This Application Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Diagnostic business area.DescriçãoThe main responsibilities will be:Conduct end-user/operator training for existing customers as part of the ongoing project scope;Educate customers on instrument operation, result interpretation, and new software/assay updates;Maintain and develop customer-facing documentation.
