  • Define AI strategy in alignment with the company vision and market trends.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to AI governance frameworks covering ethics, compliance, and risk.
  • Identify opportunities for AI integration across products and operations.
  • Drive experimentation and adoption of AI tools.
  • Act as advisor to executive leadership on AI trends and implications.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the gains of AI adoption.
  • Support product teams in creating AI concepts and use cases.

Perfil ideal

  • 10+ years in technology strategy, digital transformation, or product leadership.
  • Proven experience in AI/ML adoption, governance, and product integration.
  • Experience with DevOps and MLOps practices.
  • Awareness of ethical AI practices, risk frameworks, and regulatory trends.
  • Skilled at influencing across executive and technical teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge assumptions.
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Great sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Agile mindset with a result-oriented behaviour.
  • Facilitation skills and experience.
  • Availability to travel.
