It unites technologically leading companies with more than 100 production, service and sales locations and offers its customers solutions, products, and services in the Business Areas of Digital, Logistics Systems, Pharma Systems, Tissue and Tobacco.


  • Represent product management as the Product Owner in scrum teams
  • Provide vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project Requirements definition
  • Build and facilitate a requirements management process and operating rhythm
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Support the Product Manager in definition of product vision, road-map and acceptance criteria
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
  • Leads the product release planning and sets expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
  • Work with development team(s) to provide a roadmap update at the agreed upon cadence
  • Follow competitors and industry.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum 2 years Business Analyst / Product Owner experience
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching software products
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, planning and time management skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Must be able to travel 20% of the time
