Descrição

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers and service partners in case of technical issues;
  • Offer support in resolving technical issues via email or via telephone;
  • Coordinate and facilitate the exchange of information between parties;
  • Process the support cases within Schmitz Cargobull Systems;
  • Work closely with our Service Partner Network and Cargobull Euroservice;
  • Involve 2nd Level Aftersales Support when needed;
  • Provide reports about completed cases;
  • Give feedback regarding potential process improvements

Perfil ideal

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field;
  • English language required (both spoken and written);
  • Additional language skills are considered an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs;
  • Previous experience in automotive or similar industries (especially dealing with spare parts or repairs);
  • Analytical and structured approach;
  • Team and cooperation skills;
  • Reliability and commitment;
  • Independent and result-oriented working style;
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness;
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
