As a System Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our accounting platform works smoothly for local teams across the globe. You'll work side-by-side with process referents and client countries, guaranteeing quality, training and system reliability.

• Provide first-line support to users via a ticketing system
• Analyse issues and escalate complex ones to the Level 2 support team
• Ensure data integrity and alert users about critical updates
• Animate and engage the user community with relevant information
• Support countries in the monthly closing and daily operations
• Deliver regular training to keep local teams updated on functionalities
• Identify risks or anomalies and alert the central team
• Coordinate action plans with referents to improve accounting quality and satisfaction
• Collaborate on transversal projects or side missions during the month
• Continuously grow your knowledge of tools and processes
