Will have as main responsibilities:
- Support the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division;
- Aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning;
- Keep current on new products or services being offered, giving feedback to the Manager on market receptivity, concerns or issues learned from the customers;
- Manage territory sales and marketing expense budget to maximize the effectiveness of expenditures, supporting marketing activities;
- Prepare comprehensive territory plans by account that reflect overall Division strategy;
- Have an in-depth knowledge of each account through a detailed account profiling methodology, to include areas like competitor activity, market share per product, key contacts/decision makers, etc;
- Develop accurate business forecasts on a quarterly basis using the AMS;
- Build creative sales tactics for each account and prioritize activities within the accounts;
- Support doctors for the implantation, follow and troubleshooting of the devices;
- Develop and enhance relationships with existing and new hospitals, labs and customers.
O que procuramos
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- Degree in Nursing, Cardiopneumonology or Electrotecnic or Biomedic Engineering;
- 5 years experience in Medical Sales or related field;
- Strong commercial skills;
- Energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented;
- Team player, being comfortable in working with a very intelligent audience;
- Ability to build long lasting relationships;
- Availability to travel in and outside Portugal.
