Our client is a multinational financial services company operating in the Portuguese market that is currently seeking to recruit a Sales & Retention Manager Portugal.

The ob purpose of the Sales & Retention Manager Portugal is to support the Service Manager and managing service delivery with suppliers, delivering a service that meet SLA & KPI's mainly Sales & Retention as well as in developing strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • KPIs and target definition for 3rd Parties providers jointly with the business areas
  • Ensure the sales and retention targets achievement by product on a monthly basis
  • Continuous improvement of sales and retention performance from supplier to teams and agents
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales whether by customer eligibility and/or amount per call
  • Performance monthly reviews with 3rd Parties to ensure targets achievement, improvement of productivity and efficiencies by teams and agents
  • Identify new campaigns for retention
  • Identify improvement opportunities on sales and retention tools and reporting
  • Responsibility on the Voice of Customer for sales and retention processes with the goal of an enhanced customer experience
  • Optimize the actual numbers of sales and retention delivering a greater revenue

Perfil ideal

The selected candidate must have the following skills:

  • Experience in similar positions;
  • Experience of managing performance against SLAs
  • Customer Sales & Service experience
  • Operational Process Knowledge
  • Relationship Management
  • Risk management experience and expertise
  • Commercial focus
  • Able to build excellent relationships with internal and external customers, collaborating to ensure successful provision of value added services.
  • Results driven with ability to deliver significant value from quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Must have written and verbal communications skills and must be flexible and able to deal with frequently changing business priorities and requirements.
  • Project Management - understanding of the project lifecycle, and a structured project management methodology
  • Business Improvement & Service Management - focused on delivering service improvements that maintain the highest standards of customer service whilst ensuring the greatest cost efficiency to the business
  • Numerical analysis - must be capable of demonstrating graduate management level of numeracy and reasoning ability
  • Must have a proven successful track record of carrying out service/supplier management role and demonstrable improvement in business performance from these suppliers
