- Develop and execute business development plans that define your target segments and revenue goals for your markets;
- Pro-actively build your pipeline with new opportunities to sell our solutions;
- Develop Cold call targets and engage qualified prospects;
- Build strong relationships within the hospitality industry;
- Keep CRM system up to date throughout the sales cycle;
- Collaborate with your colleagues to achieve the Company goals overall.
- At least 3 years proven track record and experience carrying and achieving a direct sales quota, record of successful sales achievements in Portugal;
- Experience managing a complex multi-level sale;
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in the hospitality industry;
- Experience of using CRM and managing activities and pipeline in accordance with corporate standards;
- Evidence of strong analytical and numeracy skills, and ability to develop and present a business case;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
