Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Director her main responsibilities will be:
Support the Regulatory Affairs & supply Chain operations, by providing administrative support activities: agenda, travelling and office management;
Support to RA Department which also includes Quality and Pharmacovigilance activities;
Support to all RA processes (new application, variations, renewals and withdrawals);
Manage Psychotropic licences process;
Manage and filling of local and central RA department database;
Support artwork process;
Manage CCP and related documents;
Manage all correspondence and archive;
Collaboration with Supply Chain colleagues on Planning and Demand Tools, as well as constant contact with sites;
Collaboration with Supply Chain colleagues on outbound tasks (returns to vendor, write offs and labelling);
Manage of all the purchase to pay processes in SAP;
Management of price labelling process with the logistic operator.
The ideal candidate will have:
BA Degree in relevant matters;
Experience in Regulatory Affairs;
SAP R/3 experience on Purchase to pay processes;
Fluency in English (mandatory);
Strong communications skills;
Ability to act as part of a team with a team player spirit;
Business results oriented;
Strong sense of responsibility.
