Orders creation in the ERP and follow up;
Management of the orders delivery timings with the factories;
Support to the warehouse in Lisbon to optimise stocks and maximise sales;
Prepares purchasing reports as per position are required;
Accountable for the orders information in the ERP,
Coordinates transportation and subcontractors to deliver parts or service to customers;
Ensures compliance in his area of responsibility;
Support to the Iberia procurement team, coordinating in Portugal activities launched from the HQ and identifying areas of improvement;
Working closely with the sales administrative in order to increase the quality information to customers;
Managing deliveries incidences and being proactive in solving them.
University Degree Engineering or Business preferable;
2 years of experience in a multinational industrial organisation;
Fluent in English;
Analytical and communication skills;
Experienced person and manager;Strong PC skills including MS Office (particularly Excel and/or Access);
Experience of ERP systems (SAP, AS400, …);
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and databases;
Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt/Black Belt preferred;
Very strong and credible personality;
Logistics Tec. has to be able to effectively communicate and have an analytical approach, in order to be able to communicate both formally and informally the issues he/she is managing. Deliver clear and accurate messages, supply supporting facts as necessary and are adept communication to their audience;
Organised and motivated person, driving actions and results;
Strong analytical, critical thinking, prioritisation, and time management skills;
Ability to work effectively across different disciplines in order to get the "global picture.
