  • Lead and develop the team of HR professionals and develop effective succession plan;
  • Group Recruitment and Selection supervision - including Senior and Executive level employees;
  • Implement, maintain and optimize HR best practices in line with Organization vision & values and ensure consistent application across all departments of the business;
  • Implement, maintain and enhance the Organization Performance Management systems and practices, providing coaching and assistance as required;
  • Offer expert legal, generalist and best practice HR to General Managers and HR professionals;
  • Conduct succession and training planning, identifying Key Talents, Deputies and Successors;
  • Effective management of Company Discipline and Grievance handling procedures;
  • Manage annual employee engagement surveys and drive action planning and staff involvement in driving a vibrant and dynamic Organization culture;
  • Manage strategic programs such as Wellness, Reward and Recognition;
  • Conduct periodic audits of Salaries, Vacation Leave, Sick Days, Health Benefits, Pensions, Headcount, Lunch Cards and other benefits;
  • Develop process automations in the HR area that deliver cost savings to the business and/ or increased efficiency for the employee's.

Perfil ideal

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 8 years HR experience at least three years at senior level, preferably within the tourism / restaurant or hotel industry;
  • Strong knowledge in Local Labour Laws and local HR practices;
  • Excellent English skills in both verbal as written, and knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus;
  • Communicate pro-actively: Strong communication skills verbal and written, able to present, train and persuade in difficult situations;
  • Proven planning skills, attention to detail and excellent project management skills;
  • Must have a thorough understanding of Human Resources Director best practices;
  • Experience of managing, coaching and developing a high-performance team.
