Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Provide operational support to the HR procedures, with the implementation of policies, acting as a HR Business partner for all businesses
  • Assure all Meetings & Events Activities, related to the clients, legal entities, in terms of internal and external events.
  • Provide all internal stakeholders - particularly Marketing - with planning and development of Communication, Conventions & Meetings. Develop, implement and maintain effective communications activities/projects and standards for Internal, External and Crisis Communications, consistent with the Group practices, policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the planning and implementation of strategic projects and support the business in the decision making process, according with guidelines, approved budget and strategy, legal and fiscal legislation, in order to contribute to the success of group Strategies as well as to foster productivity improvements and operational excellence.
  • Support and consult with all company in planning and preparing specific globally, regionally and locally initiated events.
  • Prepare information and action programs for globally, regionally and locally initiated events and ensure their execution.
  • Ensure logistics and coordinate all conventions and meetings related activities during all process steps.
  • Serve as the Center of Excellence for internal customer needs, in the scope of the execution of events, based on a Yearly Events Plan defined and on written/in presence briefing.
  • List and co-ordinate all events related activities before an event, on-site and for follow-up.
  • Select, brief and coordinate agencies involved to ensure fulfilment of objectives.

Perfil ideal

  • Degree or relevant experience to fulfil the required function;

  • Microsoft Office; SAP

  • Preference for experience in similar position (communications department) , ideally developed at a pharmaceutical company
